Trends in Commercial Lease Rents Hello, I'm interested in finding out if commercial property owners are decreasing rent to kept tenants, especially in California. Can anyone give me assistance?

Re: Trends in Commercial Lease Rents I think in most parts of California, rents are down. Yes, many of my clients have to reduce the rents in order to keep the tenants. More so in the office arena, one of my client commeted that she cannot find any tenants even she reduced the rent to very low level in San Jose, there is a glut of offices for rent in the Valley.
We have an office deal near the SF airport that we are penciling out at $1/SQFT NNN and still have difficulty to find investors. Waht are you looking for? A deal anylysis?  |

Re: Trends in Commercial Lease Rents Nowadays, commercial real estate is slowly down and down and down.. It struggle since the recession take place... Some commercial real estate owners are having a hard time surviving this problem...

Re: Trends in Commercial Lease Rents In my area commercial property management are offering more free rent up front. I have not noticed any increases in office space rent. But lately I have noticed more office space available and Dallas is a busy city too.
