Marketing leads I have been using Busy Agent Pro for the last 2 years and it is really a wonderful tool. You can build unlimited websites, blogs, contact manager, etc, etc and get exclusive areas as well. By the way, I USE IT, I don't own it. Just trying to help out. Re: Marketing leads If you don't mind calling owners, <a href="http://www.prospectnow.com" target="_blank">ProspectNow.com</a> is amazing. It has 8 million buildings and 4 million owners with numbers. I actually do work there...but it's pretty awesome. Hope this helps.

Re: Marketing leads I have found that joining a business networking group has greatly increased my exposure. You can do a Google or yahoo search and find a group in you area.
