I am a part time real estate agent who is making the transition to being a fulltime agent for Century 21. I have been doing this for about 4 months and i understand that it takes about 5 months to make a sale. I wanted to see what other agent do in order to generate leads and what works best for you. I seem to be strugling a little and im looking for a little motivation and advice. I have been holding open houses around the beach areas and i have been doing cold calls but they dont seem to be generating any real leads.
